Why should you hire me as your Real Estate Agent?

You should hire me as your Real Estate Agent because I understand that I work for you.  My priority is my customer and building a trustworthy relationship.  My duties to you are accountability, loyalty, obedience, disclosure, confidentiality, and handling your transaction with reasonable skill and care.


What methods will you use to ensure that my home gets sold ?

The most common methods are making sure your home is listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), holding open houses, and traditional marketing but as I go through my day to day I will always be prospecting for a potential buyer for your home.  It is through just common everyday conversations that I find out what a persons needs are.  I may be talking to the new owner of your home but won’t know unless I ask them, and include your home being for sale in casual everyday conversations. Your home will also be featured on social media business pages and personal social media profiles.


How will you go about searching for the best home for me?

The most common methods of finding you the right home is through searching the Multiple Listing Service but I will also make sure that step outside of the box to find you a home by driving through the neighborhoods that you are interested in living in to make sure that I have scoured the neighborhood for other listings that may not come up on the MLS like expired or For Sale by Owners.


What should my first step be if I am ready to buy a home or sell my home?
